Participation Procedures
To confirm your participation in the UK & Commonwealth Education Fair Cameroon 2026, interested institutions are required to complete the registration form and return it via email on or before [Insert Deadline Date] 2026.
By signing and submitting the registration form, participating delegates acknowledge and accept the Terms and Conditions established by the event organizers.
Please note that submission of the registration form alone does not automatically guarantee participation at the fair. Participation will only be confirmed upon full payment of all required fees within the payment deadline stated on the invoice.
Delegates are expected to be present throughout the duration of the UK & Commonwealth Education Fair Cameroon 2026 and to actively participate in all official activities and functions included in the fair programme.
Participating delegates should avoid scheduling meetings or activities that may interfere with their attendance at officially scheduled fair sessions and engagements.
Any changes to the representatives of a participating institution must be communicated to the organizers in writing and approved prior to the event.
Delegates are also required to submit all requested materials, branding assets, and documentation to the organizers within the specified deadlines to ensure smooth coordination and promotion of the event.
Meetings with visitors at the Fair will take place at designated tables allocated to each participating organization and clearly identified with name cards for their representatives.
Permitted display and promotional materials are limited to items that can be placed on the allocated table, such as posters, photographs, and laptops. Each participating institution is also allowed one standing poster.
All advertising and promotional materials must remain strictly within the assigned stand area. Distribution of materials outside the allocated space is not permitted, and no banners or posters may be displayed beyond the designated fair exhibition zone.
Any breach of these regulations may result in additional charges imposed by the hosting venue.
The participating organization will be invoiced for all selected packages and services as indicated on the completed registration form. Payment must be made in full by the deadline stated on the invoice.
An additional participation fee will apply for any extra representative beyond the number included in the selected package.
Full payment of all participation fees must be made via bank transfer no later than the date specified on the invoice. All bank charges and transaction fees are the responsibility of the participating organization or payer.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Cancellations received by registered mail up to six (6) weeks prior to the first day of the event will incur a cancellation fee of [insert amount]. After this period, the full participation fee remains payable.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than six (6) weeks before the commencement of the event.
All delegates are required to be adequately insured against personal liability, fire, theft, and any potential risks associated with participation in the fair.
The organizers and the hosting venue shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage to property, or personal injury incurred during participation in the fair.
Delegates shall be fully responsible for any damage caused to persons, property, or equipment by themselves, their staff, representatives, or exhibition materials.
Delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and all associated costs to and from the fair venue.
For delegates requiring transportation between designated locations and the event venue, shuttle services will be provided by the organizers.
